Welcome to Azcoat! Our outfit is
a custom roll coating facility that specializes in a
wide range of services. We manufacture products that
fall into some general categories: laminations, laminates,
top coats, print receptive top coats and adhesives.
What we apply these surface treatments and adhesives
to, ranges as well. We can work with paper, films, metalized
materials, rigid, semi rigid and flexible plastics,
resins, some fabrics, and foams. Also we can work with
a range of synthetic, medical grade, non-woven textiles,
and other materials that are either on the market now,
or are still being developed!
Not only do we make materials print
receptive, UV light or water resistant, but we can enhance
existing products in a spectrum of related ways. Our
staff combined with our facilities make us able to design,
research, develop, manufacture, and finish most products
in-house at our facility which guarantees consistency,
quality, as well as time and money savings.
Additionally, we are also open to
contract manufacturing projects, making prototypes,
contract laminating and working with partners on job
components.
