PolyDurable rolls combine all aspects of Azcoat’s
capabilities: substrate lamination, topcoating to make
the material print receptive, color matching, and adhesive
application. These print rolls are used to produce ANSI
and OSHA compliant pipe markers using a specialized software
and printer solution. The printing stock needed to be
durable and sized in accordance with governmental safety
standards, able to be printed in an exisitng printer (not
built to suit), and be able to be used for years. Within
90 days, AzCoat had the product shipped to the client
and stayed within the budget constraints for the project.
